RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Our shipping terms and conditions

Shipments are made by urgent transport MRW Spain in 48h as long as the weather conditions allow it.

Orders ordered from Thursday to Sunday will not be collected until the following Monday to ensure the freshness of the fruit.

What can be returned?

All products sold in Citrinova. Oranges, Mandarins, Persimmons and Pomegranates. As long as you must send us the complete order (i.e. 100% of the weight of the box) in its original packaging, with its original seal unbroken and in perfect condition. No refund is allowed if this is not met.

Refund amount.

The amount of the refund will be the one paid by the customer including taxes, except for shipping costs.

For how long?

For a maximum period of 7 days. In accordance with the Retail Trade Regulation Law as well as as what is regulated by Community regulations (Directive 97/7/EC)

Changes

Before sending the order, by confirmation by email, you can request the change of the product, by calling 652 916 767

Once the order has been sent, the exchange will first go through the return process mentioned above. Proceeding to a return and a new order.

Sales

Our products in a situation of sales maintain the same conditions of returns and refunds.

Out of time

Except for meteorological circumstances (rain or snowfall) or transport strike or other reasons of force majeure. Our orders take 24 to 48 hours to arrive on business days from Monday to Friday, not counting holidays or weekends.

If it does not arrive within the indicated period we undertake to refund the amount of the product if the customer returns it up to 7 days after having received it at its destination.
